Roy’s professional experience ranges from Minister of multiple congregations, high school teacher, guidance counselor, charge nurse in a long-term care facility, and home-care nurse. He has years of experience as an inspirational public speaker, as a marriage and family counselor,  as a business owner/operator, and manager of various retail operations.

Years of inspirational public speaking has equipped Roy with an acute awareness of the need for individual and community empowerment.   He has developed and supervised the implementation of after-school programs in inner city schools. He has also worked with at-risk youth in alternative rehabilitation programs.

Roy is a committed husband and father. His wife Monica is Chief Operations Officer of Figtree Enterprises Incorporated.

Roy A. Graham is available, as scheduling permits, for speaking engagements at schools, churches, and community groups. Figtree Enterprises Inc.  is also committed to be a resource that will facilitate engagements with other mentors who share our goals.
